Green Tea benefits

Just yesterday I was sitting in the Emergency Room (I am going to need to get a new car-- we'll leave it at that!) reading a magazine and discovered that the research has again moved in favor of Green Tea.  The caffiene and the antioxident properties are supposed to help with energy and increasing metabolism which is key to better weight loss.  I am excited about this becasue I always believed it could not be bad to help your heart and guard against cancer with a cup of green tea, but now I can also drink a bit more and perhaps speed up my weight loss. 

After three years of being an office worker with a 50 mile commute, I needed to get outside and work off some of the weight I gained back.  I have been riding my bicycle to work.  It is a 7 mile trip and mostly on bike paths so the scenary is lovely.  The weather has truely catered to me as well.  Unlike so much of the US, northern Illinois is enjoying mild temps and sunny days.  The storms we get have been wild, don't get me wrong, (my internet has been sporadic because of...
